Quite possibly my favorite thing about the disaster twins dynamic is that if you were to ask someone who had never watched the show but had a vague understanding of their personalities which of the two believed in ghosts/the supernatural and which one denied their existence, they'd probably say Leo believed in ghosts and Donnie denied their existence.

Which is hilarious, because Leo has denied the existence of the supernatural on multiple occasions and even gloated about the fact he was proven right in the Gumbus episode, and DONNIE has a whole CONSPIRACY board dedicated to the supernatural.

Consider: Danny encounters an unexpected haunt in Gotham. It's not Red Hood's.

Alfred was a wonderful butler, who passed away far too soon after Mr. and Mrs. Wayne, leaving poor little Bruce alone in the world.

That simply would not do. A butler can hardly leave his charge in the lurch. So he comes back as a ghost.

Bruce hardly notices, as distressed as he is, and then he's gone for years and then he's dressing up as a bat at night to fight crime. But Alfred-the-ghost is an excellent butler, and rolls with the punches, at this point sometimes literally. His being a ghost is convenient indeed for when he needs to conveniently not get shot, or when master Bruce needs to eat but not be disturbed in the early hours of the morning.

When Danny (another clone of Damian? Tim's teacher coming for a conference with too-busy Bruce Wayne?) comes out of the woodwork, all the residents of the manor but one think it's strange how he won't even attempt to enter, but Danny's learned his lesson about entering others' haunts.

Alfred is rather pleased with the courtesy.

How to turn off AI Training of your content on Web and Mobile:

On a Web Browser:

I had some trouble finding this option. My first instinct was to click the settings button on the left, but that's where it is!

First, you'll click the name of your blog on the left sidebar to bring it up on your browser.

Then click "Blog settings" on the right sidebar once your blog is brought up. That's where they're hiding it.

Click "Prevent Third-Party Sharing" under the Visibility section, and bam! You're done.

On Mobile:

Thankfully it's much easier on mobile. Just click the Gear icon on your blog's page, to go to settings.

Scroll all the way down until you see Visibility, then toggle the Prevent third-party sharing option for your blog!!

If you disable this setting on mobile, it automatically synced it to my web browser settings, too. ...But if you use both Web and Mobile, I would still highly recommend double checking that it actually turned off on both!!

Check that it's turned off on your side blogs too! And check your settings every now and then anyway to ensure that it's staying turned off, because if my memory serves right, some other websites will pull some shenanigans on things like this and opt you back in without telling you!

No matter how big they get, they’ll always be a little sibling

I bet it’s a point of pride for Raph that he can so easily cart his brothers around, no matter how big they get! It’s so cute how they use him like a jungle gym. The unmade episode where it showed how close he and Mikey once were leaves a bit of a bittersweet feeling that really hits home for someone who also was close to their oldest sibling in a way much different than we are now.

When I was little I was so used to just being hauled around like a sack of flour, be it by my parents or siblings, that I would constantly ask to be carried everywhere. This is particularly inspired by my oldest sister, who would do strength training by carrying me on her back on hikes alongside her weighted equipment. Absolute madwoman.

Imagine some bad guy gets the upper hand, but Raph just lets his brothers off his shell like Goku taking off his training weights and punches them to oblivion lol

Donnie would absolutely blow a fuse if someone ruined their books with how sacred he was to that mint condition comic, and I’m sure Mikey thinks cooking is an art. Cross either of them and it’s hell to pay!

I read a lot of book series that had been handed down to me by my siblings, but you could really tell whose they were before based on their condition. One sibling left foodstains and dog ears, another left spine breaks and ripped paperbacks, and the final would threaten my life if I so much as dented a page. Such is life with shared things

I guess you could say those books were well loved, for better or for worse lol

Realistically, I could probably bully one of the MM turtle bros. Let's break down my options.

First, we have Raph. He's a definite no. I feel like he will be the first to throw hands with a bully, and he flipped a car.

Leo is the next best bet with that colonized fit He's sporting (please take that shit off) those swords would be a problem, but since he doesn't have them at school, my only obstacle would be Raph. So, I can't bully him. Raph flipped a car.

Next, Michelangelo. I could definitely target Mikey, especially if his jokes don't land. He would be a great target if it wasn't for his brother Raph. He flipped a fucking car.

Last, but not least, Donatello. He's a nerd. He likes AOT and he's into kpopp, which alone makes him a threat. Kpopp Stan's are a different breed, and he has that long ass stick, but he doesn't bring that to school. Unfortunately, he is also untouchable because one of his brothers is strong enough to flip a fucking car.

So, in short, Raph ran over to a big ass car and flipped it, built off of adrenaline and vibes.

Presenting: The AU I accidentally created OOPSIE!! 😬😬😬

And yes, I know, it's another Seperation AU, and yes YES, I KNOW, they're a bit overdone at this point, bUT LISTEN!! That's precisely how I ended up in this situation!!!

So there's a lot of Seperation AUs exploring a lot of different scenarios with the turtles being raised, well, seperately. I've seen quite a few of them at this point, and despite whatever the combination is when it comes to turtle + parental figure, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed a pattern of specifically Donnie often being raised by a villain. Which makes sense, he has a tendency to put on this evil-mad-scientist-act in the show, so of course a lot of us want to see what Donnie would actually be like as a proper antagonist. But that just made me think think of the opposite possibility, of Donnie being the singular good guy while his brothers are all bad guys. Mind you, I'm sure SOMEONE must've thought of this concept before me, but I haven't seen it! So here we are!

In this AU (which doesn't have a name so don't ask!) Splinter only managed to yoink Donnie during The Incident™, so he ended up an only child, while Raph, Leo and Mikey were raised by Draxum. I also imagine Draxum being at least a decent dad considering the circumstances, so the kids he raised ended up with pretty similar personalities to what they have in canon.

Because of that we get Hero Donnie who acts all villainous cuz he's a total theaterkid, and Villain Raph, Leo and Mikey who act all heroic cuz they honestly believe they're doing the right thing in literally destroying all of humankind and as a result developed an intense case of main character syndrome.

Anyway here's some references-

I don't know how far I'll explore this AU. I fully intended to just make like one or two posts rambling about the basic concept, but when I was drawing these images my brain went into full Brain Blast mode and I started coming up with a bunch of other ideas so uh... we'll see how this turns out later I guess haha
