Dinner .. kale ,beets, organic hormone free sausage , and Dijon mustard .. and of course kambuca. All these super foods are amazing for so many different reason . I'm apart of the 1 in 10 woman that suffer from endometriosis. And since I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis back in May . I started reading and learning more about it . Lots of people don't even know what it is ..or how painful it is ..food like with any health issue can help . Eating the right foods can help reduce inflammation. Which is a big part of this disease . And gut health!! So important as this Disease effects our Gastrointestinal track.
