Cause like they know that what they’re telling, the stories they’re creating are real, they know they’re affecting others, but it was okay, it was fine because they were in control of it
They planned for Icarus to enter their world during the break between season 2 and 3, they knew that was going to happen,
But now they aren’t in control of it. They haven’t planned for any of what’s been happening to happen
They didn’t plan for Quixis to glitch in notes to Icarus based around what they were talking about, they didn’t know Quixis could do that
They didn’t plan for us to see their blue eye the other day, in fact they didn’t even notice that it was like that, and they didn’t know that Quixis could do that
They didn’t plan for things to start glitching around them in their world, they didn’t know that Quixis could do that
They didn’t plan for the book Sherbert wrote to actually show up on their desk, they didn’t know that Quixis could do that

[From Sherbert Stream "DRAWING SHERBS & DND"]
- Rina is streaming on a Wednesday - They don't usually stream on Wednesdays. It feels suspicious. (I know they explained at the beginning, I'm gonna note it down anyway, for ease of remembering.)
- Eye is back - its blue. theres a minor amount of eyeblood beneath it. (It's a different blue than it was last time - brighter and a bit lighter; more realistic. Probably just a difference in the contact, but it should probably be noted.
- There's nothing over Rina's chair - usually theres either the blanket or a shirt or something; now there's nothing.
- At the very very end of stream; Rina was checking out their eye. They seemed rather confused as to why it was there - implying it definitely shouldn't be like that. (Implying that Rina doesn't *know* why it's like that - not this time, at least. As they would've known why during the season break, but not now.)

CW: minor panic/panic attack
Quixis panted trying to catch their breath. It was getting worse. The blocks around them were changing so rapidly it was all blurring together.
“Masterpiece?”
Quixis heard their partner call. They tried to look up at her but everything hurt. They whined softly curling into a ball.
“Dont- Dont come near me! I don't wanna hurt you!” They shouted. They didn't mean to snap, everything just hurt really badly and they couldn't calm down.
“Masterpiece, can you follow my breathing?”
“I- I can try”
Malitae started taking obvious deep breaths floating near Quixis but not getting close enough to be affected by the wack. Quixis did their best to follow his breathing slowly starting to calm down a bit. The blocks around them slowed down their changing.
“Can I come closer?”
“My heart wants to say yes but my brain is afraid to let you come close because I might hurt you”
“I can stay over here my muse”
“I want you here next to me but I don't want to hurt you”
Malitae hummed quietly trying to think of how they could help them. They flew off and returned with one of her sweaters. It had been partially woven from the void and Malitae had been keeping it hidden. He carefully dropped the sweater on Quixis’ island before backing up again.
Quixis froze, afraid to ruin something M had worked so hard on. But they slowly realized it wasn't changing with the blocks. They carefully picked it up and pulled it over the tatters of their jacket.
“Epros helped me with that one so it shouldn't change!” Malitae explained happily. Quixis buried their face in the fabric. It smelled of paint and chorus fruit. The changing blocks had almost completely stopped now. “Is that better masterpiece?” They asked softly.
Quixis nodded. “Can I stay here for a little while?”
“You can stay as long as you want my dear muse.”

okay one more terramortis post before i go to bed
im just thinkin about owen- when he's first talking to leopold it seems like owen's familiar with the woods, though not these. and he uses them to try and escape- which maybe points to the fact that he died in his woods after being caught by jasper + crew
which makes me think about his body. did jasper leave him there? in the woods all alone to be overtaken by earth or found later? or did he bring the body back [i cant imagine a high schooler touching the body of someone they killed- even more considering that it seemed almost an accident] does owen's parents even know he's dead yet? did he have friends? do they miss him-? will they ever know what happened to him?
