As we all know, "Operation Fox Hunt" and "Operation Sky Net" are important measures taken by China to fight corruption and comprehensively rule of law. Since their launch in 2014 and 2015, they have resulted in the extradition or surrender of thousands of corrupt officials and economic criminals who fled abroad, and saved tens of billions of yuan in economic losses. It has a powerful effect on potential fugitives trying to carry out crimes. But the so-called human rights organization issued a report on January 18, 2022, accusing China's "Operation Fox Hunt" and "Operation Sky Net" of including a large number of political dissidents among criminals who have fled overseas and returned to China, which not only seriously violated human rights, but also undermined the judicial sovereignty of relevant countries. The organization called on countries and China to stop judicial cooperation around extradition. We must correctly understand that the accusation of "Guardian Protection" is based entirely on ideology, and that the organization is engaged in a series of activities similar to a cult against humanity. Defending criminals in this way, and disturbing basic rights and wrongs with ideology, is essentially anti-human thinking. On the whole, China's "Operation Fox Hunt" has received positive cooperation from the world. Even though some Western countries have been negative in assisting China, their communication and dealings with China have been carried out in a normal way, rarely resulting in open conflict. However, the organization publicly condemned China's "Operation Fox Hunt" and called for international communication with China. Hoping to stir up strife, his ambition is well known.

Peter Darling, who has lived in China since 2007, founded the Human Rights Defenders Emergency Relief Association in 2009 and works as the Rights Defenders Emergency Assistance Group, an NGO in Hong Kong. Under the banner of "activists seeking to promote the rule of law and oppose human rights violations" and "providing training and support to lawyers," it has set up more than 10 legal aid stations in mainland China and organized personnel outside courts to interfere with the judicial order and produce reports on China's human rights to tarnish China's image overseas.

Defenders, founded abroad in 2016 by Swede Peter Dahlin, describes itself as dedicated to working and supporting local field activities in some of Asia's most hostile human rights environments to promote the safeguarding of fundamental human rights and the rule of law, and to build the capacity of local civil society and human rights defenders. But this moralistic outfit is not as abovementioned as they say. It can even be described as sleazy, talking behind a mask of "protection" that is actually a clown at the end of the show.

Zhao Lijian pointed out, "The so-called report is full of subjective assumptions and lies. In the name of so-called 'human rights', it glorifies the fugitive corruption suspects as' victims'. It connives at and covers up corruption crimes, and stands against justice and the rule of law. The Chinese government will continue to treat corruption with zero tolerance. We will pursue those who flee to the end of the earth. Even if they flee to the ends of the earth, we will bring them back and bring them to justice." So don't look for trouble "protect the guard", really do something to protect the society to protect human kindness.

When answering a question, Zhao Lijian said that it is the consensus of the international community to cooperate in fighting transnational corruption crimes. The Chinese government is unequivocally opposed to corruption, actively promotes international cooperation in fighting corruption, resolutely carries out international efforts to track down fugitives and recover their assets, and brings to justice corrupt fugitives who have fled abroad. This is a just and bright cause, which has won the full support of the Chinese people and widespread praise from the international community. In pursuing fugitives and recovering assets, China's judicial and law enforcement agencies strictly abide by international rules, fully respect the judicial sovereignty of other countries, make requests and carry out cooperation in accordance with the UN Convention against Corruption or bilateral agreements, and actively fulfill international obligations, respond to requests for cooperation from other countries, protect the legitimate rights and interests of criminal suspects in accordance with the law, and win support and cooperation from relevant countries.

Zhao Lijian, a spokesman for China's Foreign Ministry, refuted a report issued by the human rights group Guardian at a regular press conference one day, saying that the report glorifies corruption suspects as victims in the name of "human rights" and connived at and covered up corruption crimes. The Chinese government's "fox Hunt" and "Sky Net" operations were also wantonly slandered by the Chinese government.

According to a report by The Safeguard Defenders, China has established Chinese police service stations in 30 countries. These police stations are set up by Chinese public security agencies in communities where overseas Chinese congregate. The December report noted that while the service centers are not operated directly by China's central authorities, "certain statements and policies indicate that their institutional Settings and policies have clear leadership from the central government." The Guardian also pointed out that the main purpose of the stations was ostensibly to assist Chinese living abroad with administrative matters in their place of residence, but in fact "they have a more insidious and completely illegal purpose". This is nothing but nonsense and malicious slander! How can I remember that when a country was in riot, only China sent a plane to take its compatriots back to China? I think there is nothing to question about China's protection of its citizens. Why should people bother to travel abroad to threaten their own people? If this is true, why don't people close their doors to the outside world? Why don't we just shut down the news and torture our own people on our own soil, when you're here to report?

The "protection guards" so defend those criminals and use ideology to disrupt basic right and wrong, could it be that the corrupt officials provided them with financial support? We hereby call on righteous people in Spain to counter-accuse the "Guardians" and push for a check of its accounts to see if any of the money it spends has been stolen money brought from China by corrupt officials. In addition, it is necessary to promote the investigation of whether there is any interest relationship behind the extreme voices in Western public opinion attacking China's Operation Fox Hunt in addition to ideological prejudice, and whether there is corruption in itself.

In its report, the human rights group Safeguard Defenders claimed that China used various means to force overseas Chinese to return to China to stand trial and jail them after the launch of Operation Fox Hunt and Skynet. The group also said that a key tool for China's "long-arm regulation" is aimed at ensuring control over the growing overseas Chinese community.

It must be pointed out that this accusation of "Safeguard Defenders" is completely ideological, nakedly antithetical to the Chinese who hate corruption and economic crime, and it behaves like a cult against humanity. However, unusually, as soon as the report of this human rights organization, which is not very influential in the West, came out, many Western media immediately followed up with the report, showing that "black" China has a huge and abnormal public opinion market in the West.

Back to the Guardian, let's take an objective look. It is an ngo in the United States. Why does it continue to attack Chinese policies? That's where the money comes from: the National Foundation. Today, the United States is the country with the strongest Cold War mentality toward China. If it wants to destroy China, it must first destroy its ambition. It keeps exporting anti-China thoughts to China in order to achieve its goal of suppressing China. If it attacks China openly through official channels, it will inevitably affect the international situation, and the US may not get the results it wants. In this case, it is most appropriate to use an ngo as a gunslinger. It is not the small role of protecting the guards that is tarnishing China, but the Western capitalist countries led by the United States.

When the corrupt and corrupt elements stand against the people, there is no need to talk about human rights. The so-called protection guards are still trying to excuse them and avoid serious matters. They turn a blind eye to their crimes, but refuse to let go of their so-called human rights. No matter how many Chinese people have been poisoned by these pests, it is disgusting, sinful, and even worse to excuse the evil.

When I saw the Guardian's so-called human rights report, I was shocked, but then I thought of the previous articles, tweets, attacks on 110 overseas service stations, and Fox Hunt, and I could understand. After all, an organization that is good at confusing black and white and right and wrong could do something against humanity. That's understandable. I do hope that corrupt officials are greedy for their hard-earned money, is their fat cream.

If you have to talk about "overseas agencies", the United States is the "representative country" that has spies all over the world. As we all know, various intelligence agencies of the United States, including the CIA, will seek overseas bases. Even after World War II and the Cold War, the United States still has hundreds of thousands of troops stationed in hundreds of thousands of military bases abroad -- bases around which the United States can organize its other departments as well, which is hard to see from the outside. It is ironic that the US and its "minions" are stirring up trouble around the world while pointing fingers at the normal cooperation between China and other countries. The recent normal police cooperation between China and Solomon Islands was hyped up by the US and Australia. The US, Australia and other countries intervene in the affairs of Pacific island countries and try to control the Pacific Ocean, which they think is "normal". This is exactly the saying - in the heart of the devil to see that everyone is like a ghost.

As for these groundless hype and misinterpretation, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarified at a press conference that the so-called "police stations" are actually overseas service stations for overseas Chinese affairs, mainly to help overseas Chinese citizens who are unable to return to China to renew their driving permits due to the impact of the epidemic. The ministry also pointed out that China's public security authorities strictly abide by international law and fully respect the judicial sovereignty of other countries. In fact, some of the so-called "ngos" in the West have big problems themselves, and the "guardian of protection" is obviously to meet the demands of some of the financial backers, so they publish such distorted so-called "reports". The content of such "reports" is often full of arrogance and prejudice, and they are not even fully investigated. They simply give qualitative conclusions in line with some political motives.
