love characters who are like "this is how the world works. this is how it has to be (because if i'm wrong i have to face what i've done // if i'm wrong i have to face whats been done to me) "

Cannot stop thinking about Anne magill paintings. Maybe my new favorite painter. She just captures this ..,,,,,, dreamy feeling...,,, a certain tenderness..... a fleeting moment of contentedness..... like nothing else I’ve seen

i love getting comments on inordinary still like "so I'm listening to the national now..." I really did my job. inordinary was a social experiment meant to build hype around the first page of frankenstein and laugh track in an emerging fandom--

excuse me if I pitch this again for anyone who might be interested 🫶 honestly im less interested in a line by line read through and more of just ~are these vibes hitting? ~is this working for you? healing from intergenerational trauma through found family?
anyway, just putting that out there if you're interested or have liked any of my writing in the past!
if i were, say, to have a 70,000 word manuscript that could be best described as lady bird meets i'm glad my mom died. would anyone, perhance, be interested in giving it a read through at your leisure and letting me know any thoughts/opinions/feelings/errors.

ai generated images make me increasingly sad and tired the more i see them in more and more casual contexts. i dont know how to explain, but it just fills the world with a bunch of nothing. no matter how visually stunning the pictures might be, there's nothing behind it for me. no dedication, no emotions, no feelings, no hard work or creativity, nothing i can truly think about, admire or enjoy. i dont think thats how art is supposed to be
