If an alien race were the same size as these octopi, the females would be 6.6ft (2m) in height, and their males would only be 2.4cm tall.

Imagine seeing what you think is your alien comrade sitting alone with dinner, only to see a tiny figure dart across the table like a bug. It scurries up her arm and seems to plant a little kiss on her cheek.

I feel like for the first time in a very long time SP has pissed off tumblr but lets not forget what the root of South Park was made of:

• poked fun of everyone, everything, of any race, gender, sexual orientation, and age. South park never drew a line unlike Family Guy who kinda drew a line somewhere.

• this show was really never catered towards people who are on tumblr of all places so its even surprising that show like this popped off on this website.

• this show was never for the faint or light hearted, thats for damn sure.

• im as "PC or SJW" as they come, trust me but like ive seen people say recently, if you get offended by these kinds of things, you shouldnt be watching south park. You have every right to be upset abt it but im just saying, south park has never really gave a fuck abt who theyre targeting.

• cartman literally called immigration on Kyle in the first ep and yall didnt say a word. Secondarily, on the topic of mr.eric cartman, if you guys got offended by any of this, you guys really need to remember the kind of character cartman was and is. Like think really hard abt it.

• dont expect an apology from matt and trey bc youre not gonna get one. Thats the bottom flat line.

• you guys dont get to nitpick what you like from the show and throw the rest away. (Not looking at Creek shippers but kinda). You either take the show for what it is or you have to completely ignore it. And that goes for any show in general.

• south park lives to piss people off. Look at how many got offended by all the Rudy Giuliani jokes last week? Do you really think they cared? No. Do you really think they care that people got pissed off this week? No.

• all im saying is, south park will always be what it was originally, poking fun of anything and everything, regardless of who gets offended and who doesnt and people who do get offended, youre giving the creators the reaction they wanted so yeah. Thats that on that.

I have been watching South Park for years.They ripped on everyone. Dosent matter your political views, race, or class.They will rip on you, and bring up topics you don't like.One of the earlier episodes had Cartman dress up as Hitler for goodness sake.

As for this episode, this was not transphobic. Do you really think Matt and Trey hate trans people? Basically, south park is a mature cartoon that is going to bring up issues, and outcomes your not going to always agree with.

If you're watching South Park and you get offended...

You honestly deserve it.

You are watching SOUTH PARK. Are you kidding me? The show's been notoriously offensive since its conception. That's it's whole schtick. It makes fun of anyone, and anything, no punches pulled.

And you nuts think you could crawl in and ship a bunch of 3rd graders together and it'd be sunshine and rainbows? Bitch this show's been running for 2 whole ass decades. A reason for my shit humor is because I grew up along side this damn thing. I was watching the episodes back when they were using real cutouts.

And Cartmen? Cartmen is an asshole, a Grade A Piece of Shit. His character is the devil, and I love that about the character. Same way I love Randy for being obnoxious and wasting everyone's time. That's his character's whole damn role.

I just don't understand what you're expecting by watching South Park. Put your adult undies on and buckle up buttercups.

And if you hate it, I have a quick solution for you that might blow your mind::

Don't watch it.

And don't ruin it for the rest of us who've been there from the start. It's been this way since the dawn, don't water it down.

I don't believe the show has ever tried to spread hate, or cater to one view over another. There's a whole rant I could go on, but as much as I love the show, I don't have the time nor the energy to waste screaming into the void. People believe whatever they want to believe, and that's that.

TL:DR:; You're a baby for getting offended by South Park, and I hope that offends you.

[[ For context because I know some inbred on the internet is gonna come at me:: I'm a mixed race lesbian married to a mixed-race Trans woman. 🙄 ]]

Edit:: This is not to say you have no right to be offended. You absolutely have every right. What's stupid is the fact you're watching South Park, of all things, and you expect to NOT get offended. If it bothers you enough where you feel like you should do something, then do something. Spread the truth of how it really is (the topic being made fun of).

And anyone who takes the messages from South Park literally to spread hate, well, they're stupid anyhow. (Referring to the burst of bullying against ginger kids due to that one episode. You remember Copper Cab? Unfortunately, me too.)
