    He took a drag from his cigarette before he answered. Vices were vices no matter where you put yourself, he supposed. Where he happened to put himself was the thrown of hell. Not as causal as one would hope to spend an evening to themselves but he seemed to be making the best of it. His feet were off the floor and on the seat of the chair for it was vast and he did not know what to do in wake of the space it offered. He was a child in the grand scheme of this unholy place’s layout and still he found himself very much in charge.

    “’m thinking I beat the system.”

     He paused taking a look around. It was hot. It was very incredibly hot. And not the same kind of heat that tore him asunder each and every time he transformed into his ghastly visage. The same horrible, stripped figure that took over every other Ghost Rider as well. It was less of a feeling of white hot pain and more of a mugginess. But it also wasn’t the same oppressively humid air that hung low in the circus after a tent was all but ready to be taking down only to be pitched somewhere else. It was just hot.

                                                            Welcome to hell?
