What songs would you consider driving songs?
Decade and genre doesn’t matter, for the most part. I’m trying to create a driving playlist and I’m stumped. I’m so close to just adding any old song but I don’t want to do that if I can help it.
Currently I have

I’m incredibly worried about the state of English departments in schools after reading some tweets about The Tortured Poets Department. I don’t know if it’s because some aren’t listening to the song because they aren’t fans so are seeing lyrics out of context, but so many people don’t seem to know what a metaphor, similar or reference is.
I saw one person say Taylor is a liar because she grew up on a farm. It was a response to the lyric about how the asylum raised her 😳 People can’t be that stupid that they honestly think Taylor is saying she grew up in an asylum right? Please.
And that’s just one example.

every time taylor releases an album random people latch onto bits of lyrics here and there that are maybe a bit more fun and quirky to somehow prove that the album is bad and I just can’t understand having that level of dedication to an artists you supposedly don’t like

Taylor isn’t the first person to talk about about their significant others mental health.
It’s incredibly taxing on the other half in the relationship too. Some people can handle it, many can’t.
She has her own depression she’s spoken about in the past. I’m sure if Joe was a writer he’d write about hers, but he isn’t and there’s nothing no one can do about that.
I don’t know if he cheated but fantasising about cheating isn’t as bad as actually cheating. It’s not good, but actually cheating is worse in my opinion.

“This song reminds me of Mean”
“Wow, Andrea must have been pissed at whoever this is. What could they have done?”
“Wait a minute, the title is written like how she use to hide messages in the album booklets in the early days. Let’s see…..capital letters……K-I-MOooooooohhhhhhh😳🙊😂”
- my thought process listening to thanK you aIMee

Anyone know why I can’t find Swingin’ by LeAnn Rimes on Apple Music?
I know it’s on Spotify but I’m transitioning back to Apple Music and can’t find it, or the album it’s on, which is really disappointing.

Ummmm, why am I on Billie Eilish close friends list on Instagram?!?! 😂
Was I next to a name she meant to add? That’s the only reasonable explanation I can think of 🤣

Oh my god, these are amazing thank you. I can’t wait to have a proper look through them and get started.
So I’m giving myself quite a big task.
I want to try and watch as many US films released from the beginning of filmmaking to modern day. Does anyone have a link to a reliable list? I was thinking of Wikipedia but I’m not sure how reliable that is lol
Afterwards I want to do the same thing with other countries. Obviously I’m not going to watch everyone, just ones that interest me but it’ll be a good chunk of them especially earlier on when they’re shorter. I’m such a big film fan and there’s still so many I haven’t seen, and I thought this would be a fun way to do it and discover others.

Thank you, this is great. I was a film student once upon a time lol so I do love me some silent films. This will be a great place to start and anything that won’t listed I’m sure I could find through recommendations of films I do like from the list.
