I know you probably won't listen but about your intro thing, therapists (Or atleast GOOD therapists) never recommend proshipping because it's extremely harmful to victims that aren't proshippers since people are very open about it and rub it in victim's faces it's literally more harm then good (In general it isn't a good coping mechanism either?? It deteriorates your mental health greatly and isn't recommended by therapists)

hi, while i appreciate your concern I'm assuming you are not a professional. i will not get into my personal therapy sessions, but I'll let you know rn that exposure therapy by writing transgressive fiction is normal and encouraged by professionals (depending apparently to you.) you cannot speak over which therapists are good or not if you aren't a professional yourself, which I'm assuming.

I've been both proship and anti through my life and I've found that messing with fiction and controlling the narrative and listening to my therapist and not people on the internet has saved me a lot of mental strain. It has not caused me any harm taking control over fictional narratives, so do not speak over everyone when saying it's harmful. That depends on the consumer and the consumer alone. it could be harmful for you, but not for someone else.

Avoidance can be a tactic and you've clearly chosen that path and I respect you for that.
