raised by a single mom mostly ? wasn’t terrible or anything but just rlly spacey n waned to live her own life separate from the yoons n went out partying / clubbing / dating whatever. when she did remember to get a babysitter for yoona, the job usually fell to her aunt (half older sister 2 her mom)
aunt was a huuuuge role model 4 yoona tbh like ? did what she wanted n worked hard to live the life tht she wanted. was single by choice but also so fuckin happy n thriving n yoona was like. damn i wanna be her so bad
unfortunately that One good parental figure passed due 2 a terminal illness when yoona was 13. cue the canned awww sound effects on tv.... but tbh her aunt had been sick 4 the longest time n yoona was just glad she didn’t have to go thru tht anymore.
aunt left 108th to her mother, begging for her to get her shit together n for a while it all seemed okay! mom brought yoona along and they both lived in 108th and her mom was the (unreliable) landlord, but it was something yknow ???
could’ve gone 2 a better uni but she didn’t have to pay for lodging at hansung + she had the academic advantage so 😜 good lord that emoji is fucking hideous
unfortunately halfway thru her 1st year her mom disappeared on her... now she’s starting her 3rd year and still hasn’t heard back from her. don’t ask her how she feels about it because she’s still delusional and believes this is just another disappearing act n her mom will be back soon

yes she is iso’s publicity officer! she’s not a polyglot by any means but she’s confident, watches international tv shows and has papago so what else do u rlly need right ugly winking emoji
member of yongmaru because she genuinely loves volunteering but also unfortunately ends up doing most of the work others push off on her. its ok tho bc at the end of the day it helps ppl!
her work will always be done. she may finish it 10 mins before the deadline but just let her work... if u push her she WILL not do it just to spite u
108th residents ummmmmmmmm i recommend u guys learn how to change ur lightbulb because the waiting list is LONG. if u don’t mind her coming in at 5am tho then the waiting list is shortened considerably.
she’s just working so hard rn to run away from the life she has 2 the life she wants? but all those commitments n such make her a rly flaky friend...
i’m not putting any plots under this because this is already so gargantuan n i love brainstorming n also i’m lazy BUT lf:
