Their explanation is very helpful to guide us of what we might to do, and sir Jonathan Juan “ JJ” Moreno discussed the define your objective, to have a plan, and to take action for yourself, also the IKAGAI explanation for the job you will taken. Aside from that, he teaches about resume that we need to keep in our mind and then the tale of two rejection that should we need to know it and to prepare for them. Sir Juan Luis, Pimentel discussed the Future of Recruiting that's because of Covid-19 even the hiring is changing also transforming from face-to-face to virtual recruiting and then he explained how to use, to create a profile in LinkedIn and what should we put in there, also he gave tips in getting a job and the difference of Job, Career, and mission. Atty. Arnel Jose Bañas discussed Job Interviews that first of all you must know the venue of the interview so that it goes smoothly and if it is an online interview the battery you will use online must be ready, especially the internet connection. We should have preparations for ourselves, be prompt even face to face or in the online interview, Dress Appropriately because the interviewer Judge us in the first impression by what we wearing, Listen before to speak not only in the interview as well as in other conversation you have and be relax so you can say what you have to say in a good manners also be honest, don't speak ill of anyone including your past or present boss especially in an interview, be confident and humble, think before you post even its a joked about to the company you are applying and be the best version of your self.
