Trigger warning: dead dove do not eat. Heavy mentions of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. Loss of pregnancy, attempts of death, etc. DO NOT read below the cut if any of this makes you uncomfortable, this is my honest view of my valangel child and how things would go down. I have added as many TW’s as possible and if need be, I will add more if asked.
Angel was never supposed to have Chiara. She actually wasn’t supposed to make it past the first trimester. He and Val both did not want her. Though for entirely different reasons- Angel didn’t want a painful reminder of his abuser, and Val didn’t want his perfect pornstar ruined.
The pregnancy was difficult to say the least, Val often overworking Angel until the other simply passed out from straight up exhaustion in his dressing room.
When Chiara was born, it was traumatic to say the least. Being alone, having a baby in his dressing room with Val yelling at him to “hurry up and get out on this damn set or he’d have his way with him”.
The descion to leave Chiara wasn’t easy for the spider, but he knew deep down he could not care for her. She looked far too much like Val, and he was so desperate to escape from him.
While he never truly regrets what he did, he still does hold a lot of guilt, especially after Venus and her siblings come along. Though he knew at that time, he wasn’t ready to take care of a child, and while he knew Val simply passed her off to a nanny most days, he was oddly okay with it, knowing she was at least being cared for by someone.
Im unsure if Chiara and Angel ever truly do meet, but if they did- it would be a definite whirlwind of emotions between the both of them. Struggling to bond, but still trying to keep at least semi contact.

So- I’m really wanting to upload more.. darker themes to this account, mainly relating to- problems people go through (with lots of trigger warnings), but I’m heavily debating on even posting stuff like this once in awhile because I feel like people are going to start leaving because it’s too real-

Fun head canons about baby Aimee
1. When she was born, she didn’t cry. At least not at first, which she was alright- just a very quiet baby. She was still fussing and squirming against Vox, but her first real cry began when she wanted fed. Thinking she was gonna be a quiet and easy baby, Vox and Alastor both shot up when she started crying and Vox realized she only wanted to be fed.
2. Her first word was TV (she basically said it like teevee) because she constantly heard and saw Vox on them.
3. She’s not at all human! She is a deer demon primarily, but her marks on her skin are similar to that of tv cords!
4. When she was first born, she actually didn’t have hair. Well beside a few tufts of red fluff, but as she grew, as did her hair! Vox refused to touch it, so Alastor fixed her hair until she was old enough to begin working on it herself.

Husker pregnancy headcanons under the cut ✨
1. Husk has chronic pain. Between the way he slumps, the fact that his wings are probably heavy and well his age, he constantly has back pain. For the most part he’s able to ignore it. At least until he’s pregnant, then he’s a bit irritable because of the pain. He won’t outwardly say anything to Angel because he doesn’t wanna be viewed weak. So he just quietly suffers.
2. He makes nests. Well he has one nest. In his room, on his bed. Full of spare pillows and blankets.
3. He doesn’t really start to show until he’s in his second trimester, then it’s kinda obvious
4. He craves pickles, but the thing is? He hates them-
5. He can’t drink alcohol (while hellborn babies probably wouldn’t be harmed, he can’t stand the taste. Which is actually how he found out he was pregnant).
6. He tends to get more sleepy during his pregnancy and takes lots of little naps throughout the day
7. His poor ankles swell so badly, most nights Angel has to rub them bc he just can’t put weight on them

Huskerdust overlord baby AU backstory ✨ underneath the cut. TW: mild mentions of heavy content such as abuse, child loss, and drug usage
To be quite honest? It took a long time for Angel to even consider having a child with Husk. He really didn’t want to, not after losing his first baby to Val’s constant abuse.
The mere thought of having a child would send him into a tailspin of anxiety and depression, which would leave him irritable, snapping at Husk constantly, and the use of harder drugs just to get his mind off of things.
Roulette was actually brought on by one of Husk’s winning games (of course he usually won, but this game was likely his hardest yet as an overlord), after the winning, he and Angel had celebrated with just a few too many drinks.
At first Angel was in complete denial of his pregnancy, refusing to attach himself to the baby. His anxiety was eating him alive over the fact that he could easily lose another pregnancy with his frail his body was.
It wasn’t until Roulette was born that he really started to bond with her. It took a few days, constant reassurance from Husk, and many feeding sessions for it to finally click. She was safe and protected, nothing would happen to her.
Here are some head canons about her too!
1. She is a spider cat hybrid BUT they didn’t know until she was born because she really didn’t kick or move around much, which was another reason Angel couldn’t get himself to bond. He was worried sick that something would happen (even though every doctors appointment confirmed she was just fine)
2. Her natural hair color is pink/white like Angel’s fur, but she prefers to dye it darker red. Otherwise she gets a lot of attention from people and she actually hates it.
3. They almost named her Mary Jane or Lucky Lady (both of which are drug and gambling terms, who knows- she might have some siblings with those names)
4. Husk does joke around she is their lucky charm because the same night she was born, he won the game even though Angel wasn’t there.
5. As mentioned above- Angel wasn’t there for that game, but that was due to the fact that he just had Roulette in Husk’s office (he completely denied / ignored the fact that he was in labor until it was too late to really move)
6. She’s also affectionately called Ru for short

New HuskerDust timeline?
New huskerdust timeline.
Info below cut!
Recently I’ve been obsessing over Husk actually carrying HuskerDust kids, so I made triplets.
Here’s the more simple run down of the timeline:
Husk wasn’t even aware he could get pregnant in hell (cause ya know they said sinners can’t do it), but he knew something was off when he couldn’t drink his whiskey.
At first he thought maybe it was just a bad batch, and finally after Vaggie cornered him one day and throwing a pregnancy test into his hand, he took it (only to get her to stop griping over the fact that he was scaring customers bc of the fact that he was pissy)
WELL sure fucking enough it came back positive
This was probably the first and only time he’s ever had a panic attack in front of Angel cause
1. While he was a father in his human life, he wasn’t that good
2. When in the fuck could sinners get pregnant?
3. What the fuck were they gonna do?
SO
Husk decided to keep the pregnancy (insisting he could at least do one damn thing right down here in hell)
SO that’s how along came
Caterina (AFAB)
Matteo (AFAB, transgender ftm)
Luca (AMAB, genderfluid- feminine lean)
I also feel like none of the other HuskerDust kids (or Chaira & Lauralie for that matter) would exist within this time line, but I’m not 100% sure yet.
