you're always overwhelming for others. even for yourself. can't you see? you're crushing people with your thoughts, feelings, everything comes from you, everything about you. you're overwhelmingly complex for others. even for yourself. i know you always try so hard to understand others. still you always feel misunderstood and mistreated by others. you don't even understand yourself. but do you really not understand yourself? or it's just because of people, you began to think that way. it's confusing to you. you're yourself confusing. you get overwhelmed and exhausted. you want to shut down yourself from people. and for once, you wish, your Rabb sends you someone who understands you without you have to speak about yourself, the one who has key—the only key, to your persona, to your heart.

INFJ: they must be HONEST and just a kind person
INFJ: Also not dumb, but also not a smartass
INFJ: be open-minded and non-judgemental, and have socio-political awareness, not a Trump, Boris Johnson or Xi supporter
INFJ: also well balanced in life and not delusional to counterbalance my grand Ni s
INFJ: also emotionally mature so I don’t end up becoming their counselor
INFJ: share similar cultures and music taste cannot be borderline boring
INFJ: and preferably more annoying than me and make me feel emotionally secure, which is hard

What's it like to be an INFJ
1. I need A LOT of time alone.

7. I believe that there are rights and wrongs. I reserve the right to choose.

Yes.
INFJ have trouble communicating their thoughts and feelings.
It is one of the banes of an INFJ’s existence.
Romantically, we won’t articulate how we feel about someone until we are 1000% sure they feel the same way or that they have told us first.
Sometimes we feel that when a person knows us well, they should always know what they mean, that isn’t always true. If we don’t say anything, they won’t know.
We let people take advantage of us and sacrifice our boundaries when we love and care for someone until we stand up for ourselves.
We use music to speak for us.
We write better than we speak, so if you want to know how we truly feel, ask us to write you a letter.
Music can say things that we can’t find the words to say.
Many of us do not like rejection, especially in dating, so we sit on the sidelines more often than not unless we know the person is interested.
We let things that bother us slide when we care for you
Many people don’t value our opinion, and if we discover it, we find other ways to show others that we have a lot to bring to the table
An INFJ has to trust you to be comfortable and vulnerable
Our body language and facial expressions can say more than our words may ever.
Be patient and help INFJ’s be comfortable around you if you want to know and understand who they are at their core, loving individuals.
We are just so afraid of prior hurts occurring again that we become guarded

a - attached to a few people in their lives (they would actually die for these people)
b - bored listening to ur small talk - why would you talk about the weather when there are STARS
c - cavernous. you think you know them? you are wrong.
d - doooooor slaaaaamin youuuuuuu
e - eccentric, whether they try to hide it or not
f - fun to be around! (when they’re in the right mood for people)
g - great at loving the people they love. atrocious at showing it.
h - hard workers - when it’s something they love.
i - intuition. so so so much intuition, dammit.
j - jiving on the outside, jagged on the inside!
k - “Immanuel Kant said that “happiness is not an ideal of reason, but of imagination” and I think that’s beautiful”
l - fantastic listeners.
m - manipulative (whoops)
n - a big ol’ nerd
o - simultaneously over you and ur crap, and yet also in love with you and ur adorable way of talking about books and the universe
p - philosophising about everything and anything, but probably won’t tell you what their conclusions are - it’s generally really complicated and impossible to explain using just words.
q - often quiet in situations where they don’t know the other people super well.
r - has a small number of topics that they will rant about to anyone and everyone,,,, because they know they’re right, dammit!!
s - silent when they need to be.
t - you can’t tell what they’re thinking (which is both a blessing and a curse)
u - unmotivated to do stuff 80% of the time (in the other 20% they are working their butts off and forgetting to eat and sleep)
v - not very good at being vulnerable.
w - constantly asking themselves ‘why am i here’ and then, immediately, ‘why am i like this’
x - constantly making x-rated side comments which barely anyone hears. (which is also probably a good thing.)
y - will respond to anything with: “y tho”
z - will zip to your place immediately if anything is wrong. because even if they are bad at showing it, you are the most important person to them. and they would do anything if they thought it would make life better for you.
