First release featured on the HNW Archive. I received this CD from Breaching Static upon my meeting the label owner and this was my first exposure to what I now know to be considered ANW. I had absolutely no context for the sounds of this release at the time. Scant is still recording and releasing new material and is one of the operators of the Dead Gods store in Brooklyn, NY, selling all manner of noise releases.
