Current Challenge!
So every once in a while I’m going to challenge myself to various things. Some might be easy like trying to drink more water and some might be a bit harder (for me anyway!) like starting to run more.
There’s no time limit or utimatum, just trying to make myself more conscious of whatever Im challenging myself to.
So my first challenge is going to be…improving my posture!
Inspired by this great video from toneitup on youtube (they have endless amazing workout videos and other helpful healthy eating vlogs!) I’ve decided to become more conscious of my posture, especially in work and college!

Story so far...
Starting weight: 230 lbs (mid 2010)
Current weight: 193 1/2 lbs (start of this blog/Sep 2011)
1st Goal weight: 185 lbs
My current intake is 1300 calories a day. I also try to walk 2-3 times a weeks. I've decided I need to start pushing myself more and will aim to up my cardio and start doing pilates as often as i can.
