my first-ever video essay, a project that’s completely taken over my life in the last couple of weeks. i began this project with the idea that it would be a small, quick project. as the runtime climbed upwards, i realized that i did not have the equipment, resources, or experience to do what i was doing (i’m so sorry about the audio), but in the spirit of rise i swung big and took a risk.Â
