Laying out my 1961 Musicmaster all original parts build. Traded a cool strat just for the neck ! Body has yellow dye getting it ready for that cool maroon sunburst Fender did on these beauties. My 1957 relic Tele build with a THICK "V" Maple 71/4 radius neck. Translucent white lacquer on a 2 piece Ash body with nice even grain. Alnico 2 pickups and single line Klusons. What a trip to play this baseball bat sized neck.... Arpeggios are super fun to play and bending notes aren't! This guitar is soooo resonant with its thin finish and combo of woods. This one goes to London tomorrow, tele ho! Made like they used to be...Rory's Relics.

I've had this pair of teles for over 25 years. The Rosewood I got in high school. It's a 1974 and came with that cool Dimarzio when I got it from guitar center in SF. I made the "Sky" tele in the late 80's when Performace guitars were in Hollywood. My 1st build! Weird how they are like photo opposites.
