Imagine pink and white haired babies with icy blues or golden browns.
These babies having the knack of staring (because of course Satoru's their da)... and they absolutely use this to their advantage.
(and maybe it's time for Yuji to admit this early on that their children take after too much of his husband).
Milk? Stare.
Toy? Stare.
And Satoru loses every time. He didn't realize his eyes were that unnerving as they are beautiful.

Satoru getting a “heart attack” at seeing Yuji wearing an apron and cooking for the both of them.
“Sensei, this basement has a kitchen and it’d be a waste if you don’t use it.” Yuji says.
And for Satoru the sight before him is picture-perfect domesticity. Something he never considered he’d actually want.
“Sensei…? Why aren’t you saying—”
“Wife.”
“Huh? Wh—sensei?! Are you okay?”
“I’m fine. I’m fine. I just need to lie down…lend me your lap?”

Satoru can be touchy. Well, he is touchy. But it’s all in jest with tiny fragments of fondness for his students. He’s fine that way he is. A little touch-starved and rarely reciprocated.
He’s gotten used to it. He will be fine—
“Sensei!” Is what he hears right after an 80kg bundle of muscle landing on top of him.
“Yuji~” He says, slightly strained. Helping Yuji settle so they’d both be comfortable. “Is there something you needed? Your busy busy sensei was resting you know.”
Yuji doesn’t answer him. Instead, he perches his chin on Satoru’s chest an exaggerated (very cute in his opinion) pout on his chest.
“Sensei…” Yuji calls for him softly, hand gently taking his blindfold off.
“Yes,” Satoru’s voice low, raspy in its most comfortable state as he returns the favor by brushing his hair aside, fingers not stopping until they reach his nape, caressing sensitive skin. “Yuji?”
Icy blues drinks in the astonishment that takes over the mirth in Yuji’s eyes. Such sight is a gift to see. He’s sure he’ll never tire of it. Though, such precious gift lasts only for a moment as Yuji raises himself up to place a sweet and quick…kiss on his cheek… before laying his head back down on his shoulder this time.
“Nothing.” Simple as that. Like, it didn’t happen—as if he didn’t make his face burn and his heart ready to escape his chest.
A minute passes and Satoru gains his bearings enough to clear his throat (despite not even needing to), “a-any particular reason why Yuji kissed my cheek? Hm?”
No answer. Ah. He’s asleep.
“Unfair,” Satoru huffs, chuckling slightly at the end of it. “You can’t just do that and fall asleep.”
He pulls the little one even closer, arms finding comfort in the warmth he radiates.
“It’d do sensei’s heart good if you ask next time. I-it’s not like I’d refuse Yuji’s request.”
—again, he will be fine with the lack of reciprocity, he thinks.
As long as he has Yuji by his side, it won’t matter anymore. Even if he has a rather faint heart for Yuji taking the first step before him and all that. They’ll be fine as long as they have each other.

Despite being the strongest, Yuji still sees Satoru as capable of being vulnerable. Human. His teacher with so much flaws. And he just wants him back.
That moment is where we really see him actually do what his grandfather said to him... to save the closest to him “even if it’s only one” instead of doing the impossible and saving everyone. It’s what he’s been coming into terms with since the series started.
It’s interesting how he’s the one that blatantly admires and respects Satoru and yet, unlike everyone else, he still knows he’s the strongest human.
When everyone sees Satoru as an overpowered and untouchable bastard that doesn’t need any help, caring only about what he can do and that is keeping the balance in their society.

“We should also free Gojo-sensei. That guy could settle everything all on his own.” — Megumi (CH145, p13) btw, i understand where Megumi’s coming from. His current priority right now is saving Tsumiki
Yuji doesn’t care all about that in the first place. All he’s thinking about from the start of Shibuya arc is how his sensei shouldn’t have gone alone—they shouldn’t have let him go on his own. That he needs help.
He only realized just how much of a big deal Satoru really is when he’s briefed by what would happen if Satoru’s sealed or killed.
