Angel Crowley and Demon Crowley

I envisioned Crowley as like an avatar/god/goddess of creation, a parent to humanity, creativity, wonder. I’ve wreathed them in stars they’ve created, and framed them with apples and apple blossoms. This Crowley represents fertility, birth, new beginnings, hope, and creation. The pregnant body can hold so much wonder and pain, it made so much sense to use Crowley like this and have them represent all this as if something divine, or a saint. Any pronouns ok for this Crowley!

This month was my 7th wedding anniversary (14 years together!) and I wanted to draw Aziraphale and Crowley like one of our photos together.

The wildflowers are all in bloom here, so I wanted to imagine Crowley and Aziraphale enjoying the warm sunshine, cool breeze, sound of bees buzzing and feeling safe enough to just relax and enjoy the comfort of being together.

Thinking about how for Aziraphale and Crowley “heaven” is Earth, and wondering what the future holds for them

Goblin Crowley naps after a hard day of gardening and Goblin Aziraphale brings him a surprise supper of mushrooms.

Also there is a reason why those frogs were keeping an eye on napping Crowley.

Aziraphale and Crowley kissing among the apple blossoms in Ch. 7 of @miraclemaggie’s “The Scribe’s Tale,” a fic about the illicit romance between medieval knight Crowley and scriptorium monk Aziraphale. It’s so romantic and sexy and I love the historical details!

I absolutely adore the fanfic “and now all of my garden is grown in lavender” by @ilikeblue . The kiss at the end of Chapter 12 just grabbed me by the heart.

Crowley’s nose was cold as Aziraphale pressed their faces together, tangling his fingers in coppery hair and pulling strands free from the tie. Their exhales mingled, forming a little cloud between them.

“I love you.” Crowley’s breath landed hot on Aziraphale’s lips.

It was all that Aziraphale needed to hear. With a sigh he covered Crowley’s mouth with his, warm meeting cold. Crowley groaned, melting at the first touch of Aziraphale’s lips and sagging against him. Aziraphale tightened his embrace, sharing his heat with Crowley who pressed closer, craving every inch of contact.

Eden’s Fruits…

A serpent hides in the garden among date trees, pomegranates, figs and olive trees, and is tempted by a different fruit (puns absolutely fucking intended). He’s draped over a fig branch, which theological scholars have sometimes thought was the fruit of the tree of knowledge, because Adam and Even clothed themselves in fig leaves after. Apples are never mentioned in the texts, they’re a medieval additional to the lore. An olive tree stands a the hastily made Eastern Gate, a reference to the olive trees we see throughout the Judeo-Christian texts. All the plants in this are native to the Fertile Crescent area where the story of Eden is based.

I tried a new art style and some how in turned into a very different experiment, but I’m very happy with it!

Day 4. Camp for Summer Omens

Why do I keep dressing them up cozy for the Summer Omens event when it’s 105 degrees outside? I don’t know, it just feels right.

Y’all!!! This is my very first piece of digital art EVER! I got an iPad yesterday and an Apple Pencil today and I am thrilled! I made the canvas waaaaay too small so it’s all pixel-y, but so many lessons were learned. I’m so excited for the future.
