Wasted the day.
That's what I get for ruining the day. Only takes me sitting here alone for hours staring at the wall to realize show much of a piece of shit I am.
It could've been a good day, I could've spent the day with my favorite person. But I decided to be selfish & ruin it, wanting to spend time with my family VS go spend time with you. In the end I ended up staying here at home anyway, as a punishment to remind myself my place.
I'm sorry, eternally sorry for being who I am. Maybe the heart ache & the working myself up into multiple anxiety attacks will get it through my thick skull to just do what you want.
Putting my selfish wants over yours. I promise I'll try harder.
