My mushroom, caramelized onion, and gruyere galette! I was so sure that all of the filling would explode out the sides, but it came out so much more beautiful than I could have hoped. One of my new year’s resolutions was to try a new recipe every month, and this is February! 

My zz plant before and after leaf dusting. She looks so shiny! Her name is Gigi and she’s been with me for two years. I’ve killed almost all my houseplants during depression spirals before, but not Gigi. She’s stuck around through all my shoddy care, and I love her dearly.
