Just so we're clear. (Phoebe and Reed could be arguable swapped actually now I think about it.)

At one point I wanted to do a combat form for Phoebe but scrapped the idea. I still like the designs. I took a bunch of inspiration from ff14 Suzaku in terms of colour scheme.

I had the idea of subverting expectations and making her a fire aspected martial artist. But I just couldn't really fit it in to her story and felt a bit too out there.

More art of Avi! Outside of her work as part of command she's a very graceful reploid despite her small stature. She's the chief engineering officer and developer of the Nuvola sky carrier; A huge air craft carrier suspended in the air that gives relief and repair to pilots of all kinds. She acts as one of three commanders that operates a force used to deal with relief, search and rescue all around the world while the hunters can focus on mavericks. She works independently to the hunters and is based in Italy. She has a younger brother named Reed who is an ace pilot.
