Oooh I don't have an apple watch to track my heart... (curse that it's not on android!!!)
But sharing this beautiful piece of software!!
This app is pretty neat. The heart moves and vibrates your phone a little with every beat. You can see the heart rate of other people on the app as well. I’m using my Apple Watch with it, not sure if you can do it with other smart watches. Feel free to add me on there with the QR code!

So after around a month of running obviously I haven’t been to a doctor or anything but I can physically feel my heart muscle enlarging due to the activities. My resting hearts rate has dropped by 2 to 3 beats and I can feel my heart squeezing the blood more efficiently through my body, just feeling more healthy overall.
