Claude Monet was a french painter and founder of impressionist painting who is seen as a key precursor to modernism, especially in his attempts to paint nature as he perceived it. This painting is called “Impression, Sunrise” and he painted in 1872. @dallasmuseumart has some Monet’s paintings on exhibition, is breathtaking to see his work in person, so I recommend you to stop by the museum, will be amazing for your soul. This one was my last tattoo from 2022, and what a way to ending the year. Tim was Amanda’s best friend and he passed away last august, he was a magical soul, full of art, music and love.
