Not to be a spoilsport but the first time seeing the Shiroyasha was actually Gintoki vs. Jiraia.
Anyways, I love this fight.. it's amazing
a lot of fights in gintama are amazing and it’s very hard to pick a favorite, but this one will always stick with me.
this is the first time we actually get to see the white demon. it shows us just how much gin cares for otose. otose was the only one who took gin in and protected him when he was on the run. for gin to see otose like that, after promising her late husband he would protect her, definitely snapped something in him. she is apart of his family and he hers.

Gintoki could be all corners of the mcdonalds triangle. He'd pull in to buy for himself if he could afford it, say they have mcdonalds at home because he cant, and rant that he wants to yell for mcdonalds! mcdonald! mcdonalds! too but being alive in this cold cruel world means sometimes facing the reality that you emptied your wallet at pachinko with nothing to show for it but the sad sole prospect of egg over rice with soy sauce at home... Gin-san wants mcdonalds!
