BOLIN DATING A SHORT BUT STRONG READER ~(HEADCANONS)
Bolin absolutely adores that his s/o is short. He thinks it's the cutest thing and loves being able to pick them up and carry them around.
PDA is a must. Bolin isn't afraid to show affection in public and will gladly walk hand in hand with his s/o.
The height difference is just too precious. He loves looking down at them with a smile. Sometimes he'll rest his chin on top of their head too.
Bolin thinks their forehead is so kissable since he has easy access. So Expect lots of forehead kisses.
Protectiveness levels are through the roof. Not that his s/o needs protecting, they are completely capable of protecting themself, but Bolin feels very responsible for their well-being since they're his partner (and love of his life uwu).
Cuddling sessions involve them perfectly fitting under his chin.
Even though he loves how independent they are, Helping reach high places is mandatory. Expect Bolin to be very eager to help with tasks involving height so he can hold them close.
Overall just a lot of cherishing involved! Bolin thinks the world of his short s/o and will continue to love them forever.
