Springing out with new hair 🌱 what a re-leaf to use @joico new defy damage pro series from beginning to end! Her hair is stronger healthier and has so much more luster than when she came in💫 • • • 🤷🏻‍♀️TBCH: Blonding hair and doing lightener on the scalp was terrifying to me early on because I had the horror stories happen to me, enough to make you never want to lighten hair again 😰 but it’s experiences like that , that made me learn to not repeat the same mistakes. Often during educating I hear stylists tell me they’ll never do something again because it went terribly wrong or didn’t turn out right... But change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change- Instead of being scared, you have to fail forward. I am the hairdresser I am today because I’ve never said NO and put myself in a box. I would prefer to be well rounded than be afraid so I’d rather fail forward than be stagnant.
