What Else Ought There Be?

I thought itd be fun to share some Undertale AUs i thought up of, so here goes!
I havent fully figured out everything with the AUs, but these are the protagonists of Undertale Pink and Undertale Grey, two AUs taking place after the events of Undertale. Both Lima and Marty are the 8th fallen child, but taking place after different endings that take place in Undertale.
Undertale Pink is an AU where an 8th fallen child enters the underground after one of the many neutral runs of Undertale, and the main idea is that you get to choose what neutral ending you want to start off from, after a brief conversation/character creator with Flowey (who's incredibly surprised to see you.) Lima is one of the very few remaining humans who can cast magic after so many years, so a lot of their puzzles and combat encounters revolve around casting spells and the like. I also imagine that the route you take in Undertale Pink is the exact same one that Frisk takes in Undertale, but due to all the different possible endings, the route will feel drastically different each time you go through.
Undertale Grey is an AU where an 8th child falls into the underground after the true-pacifist ending, where most of monsterkind has moved to the surface and the underground has been left as a museum of memories. Not really any kind of dark or moody game, but a much more somber and bittersweet tone. Marty would likely not directly fight any monsters, rather go on fetch quests between each area in the game, with them befriending all the monsters that remain. In a more neutral run, you ignore everybody, or you go out of your way to try and entomb the underground again. After all of your quests and wanderings around however, you would eventually meet Flowey in New Home, bittersweet about all of his compatriots on the surface living good lives. You get to know him a little, before he waves you off and lets you do whatever you wanted to do.
i really want to try and explore both of these AUs a bit more, but i wanted to share my thoughts and these cute lil fellers to try and get this stuff out there. also have a quick bad sketch i made of the two of them hanging out together :)

god its a shame ive completely forgotten her name but this oc of yours was a character ive been itching to draw for a while! i imagined her being really deeply horrified when she killed the first person with that blade of hers, so i depicted it here.
Mahara!!!!!!! Yessss!!!!! She was definitely scared because combat is fucking scary but more than that she felt like a fucking GOD

ive had this backburner concept for a minecraft ghast woman ive wanted to make for a while and i finally made a fully colored version of her!
this is Idrif, shes fucking massive but in like a parade float kinda way where shes really light. she comes from the Soulsand Valley which is why her eyes are blue, and in general shes very shy and sweet and she likes the color green because its such a rare and pretty color in the nether.

ive had this idea for a potential primary tower in BTD6 that i really wanted to share! i currently have the yo-yo monkey's upgrades up to the tier threes, but i want to start work on the tier 4s and 5s real soon!
Top path specializes in putting out heavy-hitting damage that lingers on the track, middle path specializes in targetting-based micro that breaks into other niches entirely, and bottom path specializes in throwing out so much focused dps that it shreds clusters of bloons, despite low damage.

ive been working on a fun lil deltarune swap au! its supposed to be an au where everything from deltarune are swapped with their equivalents from undertale, and i just finished the ideas for the swaps of Kris and Asriel! The human's name is Arc (they/them) and obviously their older brother whos in college is Lancer Spade.
im excited to do more with this!

what is funny about ad Reinhardt and yves Klein? i want to be let in on the joke
so yves klein was a color field painter, also known as those guys who just paint a canvas blue, all blue, all the same color of blue, and sell it for a shitton of money. actually when it came to blue, yves klein was kind of The Guy.

but back before all the fame and the blue, he made “yves peintures,” which was a catalog of his monochromes, pictured here:
the joke is that it’s bullshit! it’s just squares of construction paper glued on the page with little titles written below them. even the preface isn’t a preface – it’s just horizontal lines that he had a buddy of his sign with his name. one time yves klein and his art pals all hyped up a big big gallery show that he was opening. a solo exhibition! very exciting! all the critics and fancy motherfuckers showed up – three thousand people came. with great drama, they were led into a completely empty gallery. “welcome,” yves klein said. “I call it THE SPECIALIZATION OF SENSIBILITY IN THE RAW MATERIAL STAT INTO STABILIZED PICTORIAL SENSIBILITY, LE VIDE (THE VOID).” he was, in every way, a total fucker who loved bright colors and pranking the art world.
meanwhile, ad reinhardt – what’s ad reinhardt’s gig?
ad reinhardt’s gig is BLACK
more specifically, black-on-black grids of very slightly varying shades of black, applied in a very matte, powdery way that left the paintings with almost no sheen. it’s a pretty cool effect in person (if vantablack 2.0 had been a thing in the 50s, ad reinhardt would have busted a nut)
unfortunately, the way he did the paint makes the paintings incredibly difficult to maintain. if you touch one, the oils on your hands will immediately stain the painting, and it can’t be cleaned or repaired.
“no prob, bob,” ad reinhardt said to the flustered museum curators and collectors. “if you mess it up i’ll just replace it.”
“but what about our original ad reinhardt!” said the curators and collectors
“yeah i’ll replace it,” ad reinhardt said, “with the same original painting but not fucked up.” this caused some consternation
incidentally, he also made this small comic, which never fails to tickle me:

one of my real favorite artworks in this vein is by robert rauschenberg, and i’m going to include the story of it because it makes me very happy. rauschenberg was an insane post-modernist – one of his most famous pieces includes a taxidermy goat with paint thrown all over it and a car tire around its neck, that kind of thing – and i love his piece titled “erased de kooning drawing”
so willem de kooning was the husband of elaine de kooning, who painted sick abstract expressionist portraits and was slamming hot
wow
willem was also an artist, and kind of a big deal in his own right, and friends with rauschenberg
one day rauschenberg calls him up like “hey i have an idea for a collaboration between us two art bastards. i need you to do me a drawing, in pencil”
and willem said “why”
and rauschenberg said “wouldn’t you like to know”
and willem said “why”
and rauschenberg said “because i’m gay, give it”
and willem said “that’s not a reason”
and rauschenberg said “fine, i wanna make a commentary on the value of art even after it’s destroyed and palimpsests and ephemerality and shit i guess, so i need a drawing by a famous dude to erase, and you’re famous”
willem de kooning said “okay” and proceeded to find the wettest, most difficult to erase grease pencil in his studio, which he then used to make several drawings until he came up with one he liked and sent it to rauschenberg
and to his credit, rauschenberg erased that motherfucker. he put in the effort. in a spectacular show of spite countering spite, he very nearly got rid of it all. look at this shit:

OCtober week 3 update!
this week was rife with delays, i had a bunch of drawings i completely didnt do on the day they were intended to be drawn, but i feel like by day 17 i got back into a groove and made a lot better drawings as a whole.
explanations for costume choices under the cut!
-Wyatt has their own mini-update made for them, so ill make this brief. he's a blue and yellow toting video game protagonist who fights mindless hordes of zombies. making him V1 just kinda works. also i gotta draw him in slutty pants so that was fun.
-Paladin was actually designed as a callback to one of my older drawings, last OCtober i tried making Paladin as the false knight and inbetween that drawing and the two years past, i had completely remade his design, mainly by actually giving one in the first place. i redrew him both as a testament to how my art has progressed and to actually make it look like how he actually looks. also jas is a friend's oc whos made of void. little ghost works.
-Pyre is a tf2 oc, hes a pyrotechnic engineer who replaced his blood with lava. i remember tobjorn drinks lava in a taunt of his, and also the fact that he's from overwatch, so.. i thought it worked.
-i had been really wanting to draw my grunge msm bat oc Bastrad as a vampire for a while, but i felt like a typical vampire woulda been lame. choosing the specific character of Dracula Flow was a little bit of spice that i really wanted.
-Zazz is a fucked up lil person. they have the craziest anatomy, a name consisting of mainly Zs, and a hat companion. choosing coach z was a very strange choice, but i thought it was a very fun choice. kinda fucky anatomy, the name is Z, and one of their main design features is their hat, like. it works.
-Oliver Bones is an archaeological delight, a skeleton who loves digging up other skeletons. choosing specifically the crystal skull from indianna jones, a movie from my childhood, was a very fun idea. this was a bit more of a rushed artwork but im. im still happy with it. ignore the lighting please.
-Peri is actually the sona of my friend! i drew this on the weekend, so it was friend oc days. i chose trixie lulamoon specifically because she was my friend's pfp at the time and it sounded fun.
