if gemma were back home, she’d be walking along galveston’s shoreline, letting the water wash away any grains of sand that stuck to her toes. she’d be enjoying the sound of waves crashing and the merciless wind that tousled her hair. however, summer is over, so she settles for a bench nearby her dorm, her sandals neatly sitting beside her bare feet as she pulls at blades of grass with her toes. it’s late and gemma can’t sleep. she likes to think that takes comfort in solidarity but in truth she knows she’s itching for some form of human contact. oh well. better to be alone than have your friends worry.

so gemma was born and raised in galveston, texas. she is an only child who was raised by two mothers.
both of her moms were school teachers, one working for elementary and the other for a high school.
while they did have fulltime jobs, gemma’s parents made sure to give her the time of day and provided her with whatever was necessary. that didn’t mean she got everything she wanted.
her childhood was quite average but overall healthy.
in academics, she made sure to aim for the very best grades she could get. she knew that for her dream college (nyu) it would take a lot money to attend and financial aid was not on her side. with good grades and graduating second in class, the scholarship application process was quite easy.
places you could find gemma would definitely be the witchery (either getting her fortune read, buying herbs, oils, candles or reading up on whatever new books they would bring in), pleasure pier, and the beach of course!
gemma is naturally superstitious. she doesn’t follow any religion, but she is spiritual.
in college gemma tries her best to be social but being slightly anxious, her first meetings tend to be awkward. she feels like she has a hard time connecting with people and that it takes at least a second or third meeting for people to warm up to her.
she has a friendly approach to all things that make her uncomfortable because she actively seeks adventure.
her current major was something she picked out of whim, not knowing that she could have to get a phd to do anything with it.
this is rly basic, here’s some random shit:
uhmumh she’s lowkey a camgirl ,,, for money purposes. this is lowkey because she hasn’t put in much work into it because every time she makes a serious video she regrets it and never uploads it. she does however have men and women messaging her to offer her an arrangement. she’s not sure if she’s ready for that yet.
she pretends to be an astrology hoe but only knows shit from twitter threads. also she doesn’t understand the shit they’re explaining.
