Hey not to bother ou but what comic is that panel you posted with the milk from?

The art itself is mine but I borrowed the milk label from the 1956 Showcase #4 by Gardner and Kubert, because I was making a reference to Barry’s first appearance where he’s on his break and drinking milk while reading a Flash (Jay Garrick) comic. I took some liberties.

She’s tired of his shit.

As someone with a very noticeable scar on my face who has had to deal with people telling me how scary my bandage and scar was for no reason other than existing, it’s nice to hear someone pointing out that scars and people with them exist and shouldn’t need to be warned against. I love the way you draw Jason btw, his scars tell a story, his story, and it’s done beautifully <3

hey folks please do me a favor and don’t tag scars, disfigurement, and amputees as triggers on my art. that’s not cool that is people’s bodies. you would not tag a fat person as ‘fat tw’ or a black person as ‘black tw’ so please for the love of everything holy and profane do not tag scars, disfigurement and amputees as ‘scars tw’ or ‘amputation tw.’ amputation as an act can be warned for but not amputees.

His ears perked up when a loud squawk echoed from the trees and a cloud of birds flocked from the branches. His legs took off downhill, tripping over the lumpy soil as his goods thumped against his thighs, threatening to make him lose balance. He thought he'd collapse halfway down the hill when his knee gave way and his foot slipped on something and everything was a blur of brown, then he's sliding towards the bottom, knees skidding over cement and elbows taking the brunt of the fall before his feet finally caught up and stumbled across the street. He threw a glance over his shoulder to find no one, but it didn't calm his nerves.

wanted to doodle something inspired by the artwork for the 2020 The Flash: The Fastest Man Alive story done by Andie Tong. Kept the sketch a little messier than I usually do, what do you think?

p.s. it’s hot chocolate in the cup because caffeine gives him the shakes.
