Spencer let out a sad sigh with his full name being used he knew he couldn't win this argument.

"I got into a fight I got hit in the back with a piece of pipe I think it was right in the center. Shortly after I got hit is when we got really worried about you. Then when we found you guys I had to help. I had to get Aaron into the ambulance I knew I couldn't really wait for them to come and get him. I had to help you had to make sure you got to see Aaron before he was put in the ambulance. I knew you couldn't really walk because you were in shock with all that was going on." Spencer said quietly he cuddled up into Ashley and started to nervously play with his hands.

"I'm Penelope Garcia with the FBI you better let me in to see agent Hotchner agent Johnson and dr. Reid right nowor I'll have the government come down on your ass so fast your head will spin." Garcia said in a grumpy and kind of loud voice.

"Yeah I'm really good with facts and figures. I'm actually a good shot to butt didn't really have time to react like that. I just saw the gleam from the scope and reacted." Spencer said with a harsh cough winching he closed his eyes trying to block out the pain.

"Fuck I hate hospitals and being shoot. But, what I have to tell that guy maybe I shouldn't. Because I don't know if he would even like me in that way." He said softly closing his eyes.

“Could you please stay with ride with? I just don’t want to be alone sir.” Spencer’s mind immediately goes to Virginia and his team.

Not just his team but to Aaron. He never told him he loved him.

“I should have told him now it maybe too late.” Spencer mumbled out loud too himself.

“Doctor huh? Guessing you’re some kinda consultant?” he asked, offering the man a reassuring smile as he shook his head, “I’ve taken way worse than a stumble to the floor before, doubt I’ll even have a bruise to show,” he assured him.

Nick’s face softened at the way the man asked him to ride with, offering him a small nod. “Not sir, just Nick is perfectly fine, but aye, I could. Might as well make it easier for the cops and have us both in one place huh?” he said, lightly joking even though he knew the feds would probably be all over the case given it was one of theirs that had been shot.

“Hey now, whatever you gotta tell some guy, it ain’t too late okay? Ambulance should be here any minute now,” he said reassuringly, looking up when he heard sirens, “Hell, you got the best paramedics in the city coming for you,” he said softly when he saw the number on the ambulance.

Dr. Spencer Reid was enjoying some much-needed vacation time down in Los Angeles.

Spencer was walking in the park when he noticed something weird of flash of light. He figured it was the glare off of a sniper rifle.

He immediately figured out who the intendant Target was. What Spencer didn't know that it was an off-duty police officer named Nick.

Spencer immediately pushes Nick to the ground out of the way. He took two bullets one to the chest the other grazed his head he crumbled to the ground.

"Are you okay sir did I hurt you?" Spencer breathed out winching in pain

The moment Nick realised shots had been fired, one hand moved to his gun, eyes scanning the crowd to look for the shooter as he moved to his feet. All he could think was how grateful he was that his daughter wasn’t with him in the park that day but safe at a friend’s house.

“Shit,” he breathed out when he realised the shooter wasn’t in the vicinity and that someone had been hit. He had his phone in one hand, dialling 9-1-1 and reeling off his badge number as he told them what had happened, the other hand moving to apply pressure to the bullet wound on the other man’s chest.

Nick resisted the urge to let out a small laugh at the fact this man was laid bleeding and asking if he was okay. “Yeah, I’m good, man,” he said softly, putting his phone onto loudspeaker and setting it beside him on the pavement so he could hear the 9-1-1 operator whilst applying firmer pressure. “I know this hurts, but I have to stem the bleeding. What’s your name?” he asked, unable to help but feel a bit guilty that the other had been shot by a bullets that seemed to have been intended for him, “I’m Nick,” he told him, unsure if he’d heard him relaying his name to 9-1-1 and hoping to keep the man talking and awake at least until paramedics could arrive. @geeky-son

"Now we're pretty good on supplies. I just stocked up on food and got y'all fresh boxer shorts and socks. As well as a few extra clothes items. However at some point AJ's going to need his own clothes. He can't go around swimming in Aaron's pajamas all the time. Although they do look pretty good on him because he's so small." JJ said with a grin on her face which made AJ blush.

Derek had finished his meal and decided to cut everybody a piece of cake. Given Spencer and AJ the biggest pieces.

"Happy birthday short stack and Wonder boy." Derek said chuckling a little as he continue to pass out the cake to the rest of the people.

It has been a slow day and it was almost quitting time. Spencer had been acting weird all day. He had been hiding the fact that he had a hurt right wrist. But anyone who read any of his paperwork could tell something was wrong. Spencer waited until 5 minutes till quitting time before knocking on Hotchner's door.

“come in” i said with a deep voice, my eyes not leaving the paperwork in front of me for second, not wanting to miss a crucial detail but at the back of my mind i knew something was wrong with Spencer, i just couldn’t pin point what it was and i thought it would be best to give you time to tell me.

The nurses make sure that Spencer's connections were tight. they make sure Aaron's machines were all hooked up on him.

All he basically had on him with a heart monitor blood pressure cup and an IV in his arm. So far his pulse was good and his breathing was good they had both of his legs set and in casts.

Spencer laid on his side trying his best to get comfortable. He made grabby hands at Ashley halfway hoping she didn't see them cuz he knew he wanted to be next to Aaron

"We'll be back in a few minutes to unhook Spencer from giving blood." The nurse said quietly as she left the room.
