I feel so far fucking gone. I'm on a bottle of spirits a day :/

My body is so bloated I look pregnant, my brain can't think clearly any more, my kidneys keep getting infections and my heart sometimes beats so fast and heavily I feel faint and burst out in cold sweat.

I don't wanna die, I really don't. But I won't be around for long if I carry on. I push anyone who tries to help away, but I don't want this. I love my family and I don't wanna hurt them. Sometimes I think about other people I know who have similar shit going on, and hope they're doing better than me. @perfectlyindestructible you don't know me, but I was thinking about you earlier and I hope you're okay.
