there's a lot of characters in the mass effect games that are aliens and women
the fan fav (i think) is Liara T'Soni, she's a scientist who's honestly a bigger badass than the games protagonist
there's Tali'Zorah idr what her deal is but she's got cool tech powers
there's Samara who's a really old soldier kinda type who's wise and a bit sad
there's Dr Chakwas who's a human but she's also the doctor on the ship
there's tons more like EDI, Jack, Morinth, and Miranda. mass effect has so many characters and so many aliens its great. also fun fact you can romance some of the woman! bc the mass effect games let you do that! unfortunately w the first games age they kinda make you be straight in the first 1 or 2 games (idk abt the 3rd I haven't played it yet) so you can't romance Tali if you play as woman shepard (the player character) but I believe you can romance Liara and Samara regardless bc their race is considered nonbinary (they've got that steven universe entirely female presenting species thing. even tho mass effect predates su).
