silly question maybe but did you have to request opening a new account? do you know if they typically allow it? im debating just reporting the multiaccounting / funneling i did in my first week of playing just to stop it from hanging over me but i dont want to not be able to play at all anymore

I requested, but I made one anyways since I was told by others it was okay and they responded to the email saying that I am allowed to make one account and saw I made one on their record so it was approved. I believe it’s the norm for multi account bans, and you can typically get your username transferred unless you have a lot of skins/accents

oh and quick edit, from the TOS:

No, an account closure is not the same as a ban.
