This was a blast to run, and the way @ranaicygnus, @mishkalantia, Gamma, and Tieve played their respective Goblins made the session. It was a nice distraction from the usual seriousness of world saving.

We Be Goblins -  a Pathfinder adventure

(This is a predefined adventure made by Paizo, and it is one of those types of adventures that will only reach its full potential if the players involved roleplay their hearts out. So that is exactly what we did - this was set up by our wonderful GM @galbritton.)

Four not-so-heroic Goblins are given a map by their chieftain and tasked with finding some powerful artifacts (also known as fireworks), and if they fail they are told not to return to the village.

My Pathfinder character Emma Trelles. She’s an Arcanist 6/Mythic 1 caster who focuses on time and space spells to replicate the old 2nd Edition Chronomancer class. A Champion for Perfection

Dear Girl on the Phone at McDonalds Yesterday,

Thank you. Thank you for having the courage to do what non-one else would. If it weren’t for you then the teenager behind the counter, who was dealing with a down computer system and back-up at the registers, would never understand the horrific, life changing mistake he made. In one heroic swoop you were able to inform him, and the rest of the store, that he was a moron that didn’t deserve a job. Then you so succinctly summarized the situation to the rest of us in line with words that will forever ring true, “really, I can’t even, what is wrong with people.”  I’m glad that he was able to resolve the offense so quickly by taking your food out of the bag to place it on a tray. After all, one should never dine-in from a bag.  

This would be enough for any one person to do in a day, but you then selflessly stood at the counter and told your tale to whomever was on the other end of your phone, whilst enjoying half of a small fry order which you then declared to be “nasty.” The clarion call of “You gonna give me better fries now” will resonate through history. When the clearly un-trained teenage employee delivered them, you refused to take them from his hand! You demanded that tradition be honored, that your order of fries be placed on a new tray!  You’ve done a great deed this week. You’ve taken a stand against minor mistakes and shown us all that no-one is as perfect as you. Well played Girl on the Phone…well played.

So I was inspired to put together a set of ‘Cards’ for my Pathfinder group based upon their characters.
