I love the Shinto Pantheon.

But, I really want to see Izanami, their mother, Izanagi's wife.

She used to be a Goddess of Creation, but when she died, she is now the Goddess of Death, who rules "Yomi" (basically Hell)

I'm slowly falling in Love with Susanoo, Ong.

Tsukuyomi x Reader!

It was one wonderful night, the stars were shining bright, and the Moonlight in your path, as you approached your shrine, you knelt down, the dim light of the candles were your only company.

As you prayed, only one could hear your prayers, The Moon God, Tsukuyomi. His eyes pierced though your soul, as he never received a prayer in a long while.

"Child of the Moon, You ask for my presence. I heed your call." He looked down upon you, as the Moonlight shines onto the shrine, not even the stars could outshine it.

"For you to keep me safe tonight, guide me in my dreams...for your moon to still shine in the midst of the darkest hour..." "Hmm...Your loyalty is appreciated, Child."

He smiled, as he left a kiss on your forehead, it was rare to see him like this. He was self-centered, and very Introverted... Guessing that your loyalty meant a lot to him.

Having Tsukuyomi Headcanons rn 👹👹

- He's insomniac

- Never drank Coffee, but falls asleep when he does

- His favorite ramen is spicy and has loads of extra shirmp

- He loves to Dance, especially by the docks, in the shores of the Ocean during a full Moon

- He dresses up like Kabuki, He loves the style!

- Used to have long hair, but made it short

- During a Solar Eclipse, He doesn't need those glass thingies- But, he hates Lunar Eclipse (for personal Reasons)

- Reads a lot

- He loved Sakura but now, He loves wisteria

I got some Shinto Siblings headcanons😭

- Amaterasu is the Oldest, whilst Susanoo is the youngest!

-The fact Susanoo and Tsukuyomi have the same end names, they like to joke around if Amaterasu is really their sister💀

"Tsukuyomi No Mikoto" "Susanoo No Mikoto"

Then we get: "Amaterasu Okami" (The spilling might be wrong, but since its so early, I'm a bit lazy to search👹)

- Amaterasu is very nonchalant, and only laughs if the joke is actually funny

- Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu had a rivalry in their young years, but it changed after Susanoo was born-

- They all love tea, (obviously), Amaterasu loves anything sweet, as for Tsukuyomi he likes Savory food, Susanoo doesn't care if it's sweet, savory, he'll eat it.

- The two probably fought on whose name was Susanoo going to say first, and well- As most children would say their parents, he said "Yomi" (Which is Hell, in Shinto Myth, and that's where their mother is-)
