I completely agree, it's not an opinion selfship is literally a form of proship/comship 🤦♂️
"Proship/comship DNI," says the self-shipper.
Except, I would argue that the very consept of self-shipping falls under comship. I mean, it's pretty damn complex to ship yourself with a fictional character, no matter how "morally good" that character is or that you are not related and there's no big age gap.
So all self-shippers are proship by default.

I miss when I was younger and I could say to my friends at school "omg I love sebaciel and the hitachin twins are so cute" and NO ONE WOULD BAT AN EYE. If someone tried to just say that openly now they'd get accused of being a pedofile or condoning abuse or some weird shit like that. Please take me back to 2016 I miss it so much I miss when people felt free and were able to enjoy fiction the way they wanted without having to live in fear if being harassed.

I hate when antis screenshot a proshipper, get like 6K+ likes on it, and then turn around and say "The proshipper sent their followers at me! They're harassing me. I'm just a minor!!!" As if...they didn't start trying to harass the proshipper first? Also pretty sure they didn't even have "Minor" on their bio until proshippers called them out for being idiotic. "Proship" was a label created after anti-[ship] was created
It has never meant "problematic ship"

I'm a proshipper and proship IS quite literally pro - shipping you are up for any and all ships and you don't discriminate, COMSHIP is any morally grey shipping. Most comshippers are proshippers but most proshippers are not comshippers. I personally do it cause it helps with trauma that fucked up my brain chemistry. Not everyone are horrible people.
Note: anything that's "profic, comship, proship, dead dove, ect." is FICTION and if you think morally grey things in fiction are ok in real like you need to be put away.
