Why do you want to disappear.
There’s a lot of reasons really but the main one is that it’s just too hard yk? All the pain and the suffering and the people who hurt you overwhelm you and it’s much easier to not exist at all then to stay strong and fight.

I saw your message that you listen to people and their problems here. So nice of you. Really.
I myself constantly serve people when they need help. Physically and mentally. It is soothing for me to be able to help another person. However, recently I found myself in a situation where I burned out for people I didn't need to help. Day after day it got worse and worse.
It's better now and I'm trying to take care of myself as much as I take care of others, and I just wanted to tell you to be careful how you help others, too.
I know that being a safe place for people can be a great feeling, but you have to be careful that others' problems don't become our problem too.
Take care of yourself. That's all I wanted to say
