I’m usually a bit of a chronic lurker, and I just made a new account after losing my login info like a year ago lol. I’m not used to being off anon cuz I get socially anxious, but I thought I’d pop in and say hi. I really enjoy your fics, particularly the Landstrom ones cuz their pairing is just so messy and I live for their drama lol. I was curious if you have anything planned regarding them coming up, but no worries if not, I just saw your recent post and mainly wanted to say hello and give my appreciation lolol

Hi! Thank you so much for your kind words... I truly do love writing for Basterds (for all my ships), just because of the historical aspect, and I'm really glad the Landstrom love is still alive and well even though my fics are a couple years old at this point. Warms my heart, heheh. To answer your question - it's funny you ask, because I was actually mulling over a WIP i had started for them a few years ago that I never got around to finishing that's more-or-less a sequel to Tease Rough, so, taking place very early on in their relationship and way way way before canon (and before the war, even). I mean, it's textbook Landstrom, with Hans being casually and politely manipulative and Dieter absolutely refusing to admit he's not the one in control, or that he's experiencing any kind of true draw to Hans. But I like it a lot, because, well, I like them and their twisted relationship a lot, rofl. (That being said, I have several fics for them started that haven't seen the light of day yet, totaling 10s of thousands of words, that all fall into the canon time line I have mentally drawn up for them. And then there is, as well, the parts of Business is Booming that are in WIP stage.) Currently I'm wrapping up a WIP for a different fandom, which hopefully wont' take me too much longer, but after that I do want to go back to that Landstrom WIP next, especially since writing my recent ShoFred fic helped reawakened my spark for Basterds (and for writing, in the recent months). Thank you again for your nice message :) (And if you have an ao3 account, let me know your username because I remember quite well the people who kudos my Basterds fic lol)

So today is @lostinglorious 's birthday, and mine was on Monday (making us both Aries just like Quarantine Tarantula 😎♈). Not to get personal on my fandom-only blog but I've been going through Some Shit lately so as a way to not only cheer myself up but show gratitude towards my wonderful friend, I wrote her a fic about our mutual OTP, Shosanna/Fredrick.
