So I dropped a bunch of composites randomly. Started with the Dex one I made but turned into a ton of other ideas. They’re all animated but I didn’t post those versions here. Anyways, here’s all of them (only one animated tho but will update this soon with links)
I’ll probably make more… one day. Especially since I know how to cut things out better!
Here's my submission for Warframe's 11th anniversary contest! :)
Timelapse (that i forgot to turn on until a fourth of the way in lmao):
i did this in the past two nights (with a few tweaks this morning right before the deadline), really glad i was able to squeeze something out i'm proud of in time :)
i drew for a total of 8 hours yesterday (2 hours on the last minute spring basket submission and 6 hours straight on this one) so tbh i'm feeling kinda crumpled today, but at least i'm happy with what i was able to accomplish :)
I started filming this video last summer 😅 but I got hung up on the editing. As I mentioned in past post, I started making this to teach myself video editing and whatnot. I got stuck on this one and had to get help from a friend, who is a video editor professionally, to help me finish this video. It’s still in post but I hope to have it out before Tennocon. Since I don’t do a ton of camera movements, I focused on composition (pretty much my approach for all of my videos.
There isn’t really much of a story, however, the song o used for this video (Green Valley by Puscifer) Mesa plays the role of the stranger and she’s searching for the Electric Ballerina, Gyre. Hope you guys enjoy it once it drops. I don’t have any experience with animation, so forgive me for it being a little repetitive. Limited to emotes and idol animations lol
Ps. As always, the video is a slow burn lol so just enjoy the music 🤣
I recently started making photo composites. This is my biggest one I’ve made yet. There’s roughly 15 or more images. Below are a few images up to how I got to the final image.
Some of the different layering/shading, got rid of the green color cast and did some light color grading plus added fx.
Here is a second version I didn’t complete. Ended up liking Zephyr in the other photos so I abandoned this one lol
And finally, this is how they started their life on green screen! 😂 Lighting in this room is really hard to work with since you have no control of exposure.
I started filming my next video project. Taking advantage of all this delicious new lighting 🙌🏽 ps my Mesa project is currently in post and should start releasing next month ;)
This one is going to be a very slow burn. Hopefully you guys will come for the ride with me.
