Reached that point in school where all my work sucks and I’m not seeing improvement, just wrongs. After all this time and hours spent on my degree, it got me questioning if it’s even for me. Since I can’t do it right. What do I even want to do? What part in the process am I here for? Am I really just an average enjoyer who spent tens of thousands of dollars to try to get better at and have a degree in animation? All the while not managing to make a single solid piece? I love other peoples animations and I have so many concepts I want to exist. And I had nothing but respect and emigration for animators who bust their ass to desliver creative and fun stuff. But apparently that’s not gonna be me. I am, not even close to being in any league like them. I want to but everything I make falls flat, janky, and overall incoherent. My hands are always in pain. My brain full of fog. And I’m Shaking right now, because it feels like it’s all I have and I’m not even good at it.

Something like this would be so colossally helpful. I'm sick and tired of trying to research specific clothing from any given culture and being met with either racist stereotypical costumes worn by yt people or ai generated garbage nonsense, and trying to be hyper specific with searches yields fuck all. Like I generally just cannot trust the legitimacy of most search results at this point. It's extremely frustrating. If there are good resources for this then they're buried deep under all the other bullshit, and idk where to start looking.
