N.Freddy: He's always stressed, acting like the parent of the house and trying to be the responsible one, often screaming with everyone that disobeys him (Except Evan, The Freddles and Plushtrap), just like a stressed and strict mother N.Bonnie: He's always seen as a calm guy, someone that wants no problem with anyone, he obeys the other Nightmares without questioning which causes him to get in trouble N.Chica: She's kind and sweet when calm, but can easily get mad and God helps who made her mad, Making all the Nightmares fear her and try to keep her as calm as possible to avoid being destroyed, The only ones she doesn't hurt are the Cupcake, Nightmare, Evan and Elizabeth N.Foxy: He acts like a very crazy dog, running behind his tail, licking others and jumping around with his tongue out, He is able to talk and act like a normal person, but he prefers to be silly and weird N.Fredbear: He's a literal cartoon villain, trying to lead the Nightmares when Nightmare is not around, Also acting like some kind of Bully with everyone except Nightmare Nightmare: He tries his best to look kind and calm, acting more like a father than a leader, but he can come out as a manipulative and agressive when he wants, He's very good into making people obey him, using his strenght or not

So what is the au about, and what is the relationship between Nightmare and Evan/crying child?

Here's a quick explanation of the Au :D Their relationship is... complicated to say the least Evan was adopted by the Nightmares against his will, Nightmare sees him as someone that can't take care of himself and treats him like a little baby, spoiling him rotten and being clingy towards the kid which is a problem sometimes, as he doesn't like to leave Evan alone, he also feels a big urge to protect Evan from, well, everything Evan, on other hand, never had someone that cared THIS much about him, so he's not very comfortable around any of the Nightmares, but since he has problems to communicate he can't set down his boundaries, even that he does like Nightmare's company sometimes, it quickly becomes suffocating due to Nightmare's clingy and hiperprotective nature Basically, a touch starved 10 feet bear that adopted a traumatised kid

What is this Au?

My Nightmares Au is a domestic Au centered on Fnaf 4, Where the room is a completely different place separated from the Afton's house where our crying child (In this Au, he's called Evan) somehow got trapped with multiple animatronic abominations who seemned scary at first, but after being able to enter the room and approach the new resident, the Nightmares welcomed the child in their place and treat him like a family member. Nightmare, The leader of the Nightmares and his right-hand man Nightmare Fredbear were the last ones to meet the new resident, Nightmare becoming a super protective and sweet father figure for the child, who's still afraid of the giant creatures, While Fredbear sees a opportunity to approach and finally catch Afton, who his friend Cassidy really despise More stuff happens and eventually Michael and Elizabeth get in the place, Elizabeth quickly making friends with the residents while Michael is trying to find a way out, which is something the Nightmares don't accept, specially because he wants to take Evan with him, which is something that Nightmare won't accept it.
