To the anon who mailed me a few days ago, thanks for sending me the ask! Ive been hella busy studying for an entrance exam tomorrow so im afraid my mind is full of equations and sciencey stuff at the moment. I'll have to rewatch season 2 and get back to you since I love interpreting characters in the show. I know OruMika is a popular pairing but I haven't really thought about their dynamic. I can totally see why people ship it, and I've also seen a very small number of ppl in the tag take the opposite stance. It was eons ago but I wonder the validity to claiming their dynamic as one of toxicity. It didn't go into depth but that's something I'd like to watch for in the scenes of the two alone together. Just to see if that claim has any merit, really.

The closest I'd get to a professional opinion would be one that weighs the canon depictions in equal value to the different subjective interpretations that can reasonably be obtained. IBO can be interpreted in a few ways. I grumble about the canon of S2 but I'll do it once more just to see if I can perform a postmortem before laying IBO to rest in its bloody coffin 😔

Since I love the idea of A2 Kudelia being 9S Mika's enemy, I was stuck for the longest time on who could be 2B... but after so many thoughts, I figured 'why not make 2B just Kudelia but with white hair and nicely styled?" It SOUNDS like a cop-out I know, but I already habe Orga as YoRha's Commander just to tie in with Ride being Jackass. 2B and A2's in-game models are very similar, nearly identical to each other aside from A2's corroded armor. Plus there is... 2B's secret that links her to A2 in more than just the sword containing her memories... 👀

Plus, I really think Operator 6O/2B is very adorable, and since 6O shares the english VA with Atra, it would really play into Kudelia and Atra's relationship dynamics in an interesting light. When A2 cuts off her hair it's like 2B merges with her mind. It's crazy and I'm 100% willing to explore that for Kudelia's dual relationship with Atra and Mika ahahah
