Large brown eyes flickered between the blonde seraphim and the grass, trying to find a good enough reason to use to answer his question. Eve felt strange for a while now towards Adam. She felt like she could no longer be around him. Everything he said and did annoyed her, and she found herself moving away from Cain and Abel, too. It frightened her, and she didn't understand why she felt this way.

"I...do not know, Lucifer." She would say in a soft tone, moving her eyes on to his. "I feel...as if...I do not love Adam anymore. And...I do not know why I feel this way. I want...to be alone. To...be away from Adam...and my sons...."
