It's ok to be fragile
If your teacher asks you “how are you” it’s OKAY to say “you know what, I’m not doing so hot but it’ll get better”
It’s OKAY to spend time on yourself and realize you have limits
If you feel like crying, it’s okay to cry.
It’s ok to be fragile- it’s definitely nothing to be ashamed of. Deep down, everyone is just as fragile, they have just morphed it into something that looks different. People are fragile about different things and different reasons, but the fact that we are all human beings with our own daily battles unites us.

Donald Trump claims that “thousands of jobs” are leaving Michigan. In fact, the state’s unemployment rate has declined in recent years, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That figure now stands around 4.5 percent, down from a 14.9 percent unemployment rate in June 2009.

Jon Cho confirms Star Trek Beyond’s Mr. Sulu is gay
According to the Herald Sun, during a press event for the film in Sydney, Cho said that Sulu is raising a daughter with a same-sex partner in the new film. Cho also said it was an intentional nod to George Takei. Star Trek featured the first interracial kiss on TV in 1968 — and will continue to push boundaries with its new TV series.
