 As you know,aluminum profiles are products made of aluminum and other alloy elements. The processed aluminum profiles must be packaged to avoid collision and other scratches during later handling or transportation. Thus,effective packaging is an important aspect to ensure the transportation safety of industrial aluminum profiles. Now let's go through the main packaging methods.
 Usually 10 aluminum profiles are packed in a small bundle. The aluminum profiles are separated by kraft paper and pearl cotton(PE foam) and wrapped firmly to prevent scratches on the surface of the aluminum profiles.
 1. Wooden case packing: this packing method is mostly used by customers who need to send bulk cargo. In order to avoid the aluminum profile being crushed by other heavy goods during transportation, it is suggested that customers who need to send bulk goods should use wooden cases for packaging.
 2. Large bundles: usually it refers to the total volume of a large bundle will not exceed 60cmx60cm. The outer joint of aluminum profile is covered with kraft paper. The weight of each bundle of wrapping paper shall not exceed 500kg. After each large bundle of aluminum profiles is wrapped with kraft paper, 2-3 metal bands will be used to fix the aluminum profiles, so that the packaging of industrial aluminum profiles is more solid.
 3. IPPC fumigation wooden support: better fix the long aluminum profile to prevent sliding.
