hello all. hope this new post finds everyone well. this past six months has been ridiculously awful for me personally. i had to put my cat down, my father then had a heart attack. my very best friend in the whole world took his life in late april. this in addition to losing my job in november caused me to seriously spiral into a depressive state like no other. i have been doing much better especially in the last month or so however. I'm down to about 230 pounds now and had been going pretty hard at the gym to keep my mind straight. i think this summer I'd like to continue to go to the gym (weight lifting mainly) but also now that i have a new job get myself back on the gain train. full. force. i work in food retail so tomorrow after work i think I'm going to do a heavy cream chugging video and post it here. if anyone js still tuned in, thoughts? I'd love some support in getting myself back out there into the community and potentially further posting more content than the sporadic updates i have been known for in years previous. if this post comes across your algorithm, let me know what you think! and take care as always.
