Hello!!!  My name is Farrah. I am new to tumblr and I am very excited to start my very first blog for my own mental health journey in order to motivate and encourage others to live their full lives through mental health elevation and self awareness. I am so happy and thrilled to have a platform to engage in mental health talk with like individuals. I am a woman, wife, mother, nurse, sister, friend, and mental health advocate.
