i feel like this is just a lil reminder that while every parent makes some mistakes here and there, it is also part of the job to listen to your child's feedback as they grow up. being a parent is listening and understanding how your actions have affected your child, be it positive or negative.

Today in 1959, 63 years ago, would go down in history as “The Day the Music Died.” After the infamous performance at the Surface Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa, legends Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and Ritchie Valens board a plane to their next concert in their “Winter Dance Party” tour across the Midwest. The plane went down due to bad weather and the pilot’s inexperience, at the Iowa/Minnesota border, killing all passengers. The tragedy has become one of the most tragic events in music history, but we will all remember Buddy Holly, the Big Bopper, and Ritchie Valens, and some of the greatest music in history
