I'm so fucking scared right now At the weekend I broke down and had an awful panic attack due to being treated like shit for a large portion of my life. I ended up telling my mum about my self harm and suicidal thoughts and now she's made me an appointment with the doctor. I'm finally going to get help. I've been struggling with these feelings for almost 2 years and I'm going to get help. I couldn't be more afraid.
